Physician Assistant Role

Responsibilities:

• Lead Annual Health Assessments, Wellness Visits, and Well Child Visits.
• Pioneer preventive medical services.
• Collaborate with physicians to address both immediate and future patient care needs.
• Thoroughly assess medical histories and provide anticipatory guidance for children.
• Maintain meticulous records in our state-of-the-art Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Stay abreast of medical regulations and advocate for continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• Graduate from an ARC-PA accredited program.
• State license & BLS certification.
• National Provider Identifier (NPI) and enrollment in Medicaid.
• PA-C certification & state-specific license.
• Preferred: 1-year experience with EMR systems.

• Clinical expertise with an emphasis on teamwork.
• Comprehensive physiological knowledge.
• Warm and empathetic bedside manner.

Role Focus:

• Chronic condition documentation and addressing care gaps.
• Note: Prescribing/changing medications or performing procedures is not part of the duties.
