Current California State NP or PA License

• Active DEA and furnishing license required
• 1-2 years of experience: ideally working in Primary care
• Virtual work experience preferred but not required
• Experience in in-basket coverage preferred but not required
• Arabic & Spanish is a plus not required

• Salary range $167,130.00-204,714.00 for 1.0 FTE
• Transition to a productivity model of compensation after-2 years
• 4-weeks PTO and 1-week CME allowance while on income guarantee
