I am a board-certified Pulmonary, Critical Care, and Sleep Medicine physician building a growing private practice in Orange County. I am looking for an exceptional NP or PA who wants to grow with the practice long-term and become an important part of its future.

This is an opportunity for someone who wants autonomy, mentorship, variety, and the ability to build their own patient panel rather than simply work a predetermined schedule.

I value patient-centered care, evidence-based medicine, continuous learning, and clinical excellence. I am looking for someone who is intellectually curious, dependable, receptive to feedback, and motivated to continually improve.

The Role

• Build and independently manage your own outpatient pulmonary patient panel

• Evaluate and treat pulmonary and sleep medicine patients

• Participate in weekend hospital rounds

• Participate in weekday rounds at LTACHs and skilled nursing facilities

• Manage medically complex patients and coordinate multidisciplinary care

• Develop long-term relationships with patients and referring physicians

• Work with me closely while progressively developing greater clinical autonomy

• Help shape and grow the practice as we expand

Who I'm Looking For

Required:

• California-licensed NP or PA

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Strong foundational clinical knowledge

• Passion for patient-centered, evidence-based medicine

• Strong work ethic, professionalism, and accountability

• Desire to build a long-term career within a growing specialty practice

Highly Preferred:

• Pulmonary, Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Hospital Medicine, Sleep Medicine, LTACH, or SNF experience

• Experience caring for medically complex patients

• Bilingual Spanish or Vietnamese highly preferred

• Previous experience developing or managing a patient panel
